Cancellation Policy

At Rock Solid Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fair schedule for all clients.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation After Rescheduling

If an appointment has been rescheduled one or more times and is later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your appointment.

SMS Messaging Terms

Rock Solid Detailing is a mobile-based vehicle detailing service with an in-person shop providing professional vehicle detailing, paint enhancement, and protection services throughout the Tampa Bay Area.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
